All in One SEO Pack. This does Search Engine Optimisation or SEO and needs to be configured with keywords. You use google keyword tools to find hits between 4000 and 300,000 ideally.
Artiss Social Bookmarks this adds bookmarkes for facebook, pinterest and google plus etc.
Facebook Social Plugin Widgets – Adds three facebook social plugins
Lys Creation Google Adsense (Plugin) Widget
this adds google adsense adverts to your site so you can generate money from showing google adverts.
Pinterest “Pin It” Button Lite – a pinterest pin button – you needs to configure this so it pins your images that you want to send to pinterest.
Post to Twitter – does what it says on the tin.

One thing I find annoying on the WP site is the Vertical dashboard menu collapses and you have to press the > to expand it again. A good plug in is ozh -admin-drop-down-menu. This created a horizontal menu at the top of your WP admin area.
